We offer Clinical Breathwork, an approach that uses neuroplasticity to repattern your subconscious breath patterns.

Meet Braedy

Our Founder.

Braedy is a trained Trauma-Informed Clinical Breathworker, Trauma-Informed Body Worker, Registered Yoga Teacher, Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist, and Integrated Nutrition, Business & Relationship Coach. After spending years travelling the world searching for the feeling of home, Braedy came to find home within his own body + heart. He is extremely passionate about helping others feel bliss, and at home within their own bodies.

About Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCT).

Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCT) is a holistic healing approach using gentle hands-on bodywork to enhance the body's natural healing capabilities based in the Craniosacral system. Working with cerebrospinal fluid from the skull and face to the tailbone.

BCT maintains the environment of the central nervous system, (brain and spinal cord) to rebalance or dysfunction in it can cause sensory, motor, or neurological disabilities.
