Introducing this Blog

Thank you for coming to my blog on health and wellness. In this space I look forward to sharing what I’ve learned over the years about the human nervous system, the science of breath, meditation, trauma, personal growth, and other topics I found to play an immense role in our own physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing.

My understanding of these topics all inform my professional clinical breathwork practice. In the same spirit that I use this knowledge to facilitate the journeys of others, so too I offer this knowledge here in the spirit of Service, that you may find some of this information useful for your own journey.

I also offer this knowledge here as an invitation to your own discovery. Valuing Truth highly, I do my best to make sure all that I say is scientifically supported, or at the very least verified through networking with others I trust and respect highly. Being a reader on a blog with comments enabled, you too can be part of these conversations and mutual discoveries, and I hope you feel welcome to contribute to our collective knowledge in all the ways you feel called, here or elsewhere.

I leave you with one thought from an early 20th century Greek-Armenian teacher named George I. Gurdjieff, to bring home again that, though knowledge can be shared widely, it is up to us to determine how to use it.

You have to define yourself how to digest my ideas to make them yours, so that they belong only to you. Your car cannot work on the same fuel my car is working on. I suggest to you only the primary material… So, more bravely, sit down at the steering wheel.
